Two demijohns of dark-colored wine with an aggressive character give life to the first Black Mamba. We took a chance on a non-native grape variety planted in our soil: Teroldego. Madness or intuition?
The land, a wild vineyard, an unexpected grape variety, a bet that becomes a project: this is, in short, Fattoria Le Bonille. From the small abandoned vineyard of Greti, we crossed the Greve river until reaching the splendor of Montefioralle, and finally arrived at the Olmastrino estate, with a new vineyard and olive grove next to a spring-fed lake, all at the foot of the historic Villa.
A land rich in history, through which knights and leaders passed on their way to new conquests. The sharp iron weapons were the weapon, exclusively produced in Montefioralle, used by these knights, and it is from them that this noble wine gets its name.
An old vineyard restored, a natural amphitheater that becomes a vineyard, thinking about the wine we’ve always wanted on our table and managing to make it: passion becomes a project, the dream becomes reality, we have put ourselves into our bottle.
