Campus
Where wine becomes knowledge.
Where land becomes experience.
There are places that do more than simply exist.
Places that teach, welcome, and transform.
In the heart of Chianti, among hills that tell centuries-old stories and vineyards that follow the rhythm of the seasons, a project is born that brings together two souls: that of the land and that of knowledge.
From passion to reality
It all began in 2011, among the vineyards of Greti, just a few kilometers from Greve in Chianti. A simple yet ambitious idea: to create something authentic, tangible, and capable of growing over time.
Year after year, through new estates, investments, and continuous research, that idea evolved into a solid reality: a winery capable of producing quality wines while envisioning a broader future.
Because here, wine has never been just about production.
It is culture. It is territory. It is a universal language.
THE CAMPUS
A campus in the heart of Chianti
ICEV was born from this vision: to create a place where wine is not only studied in books, but truly experienced.
An international campus, developed in collaboration with academic institutions, designed to welcome students from all over the world and guide them through a comprehensive journey—from the land to the market.
Here, every experience is tangible:
from vineyard to cellar, from tasting to business management.
TRAINING
Learning by doing
ICEV’s educational model is immersive, practical, and real.
Students are not spectators, but active participants in every stage:
from harvest to winemaking, from pruning to vineyard management, all the way to business and wine marketing dynamics.
Alongside hands-on experience, a complete academic offering: viticulture, oenology, sensory analysis, sustainability, wine culture, and business management.
Each program is customizable, designed to adapt to the goals and ambitions of those who choose it.
PROGRAMMES
An international experience
Programs—semester, annual, or intensive—are open to students from around the world, with courses taught in English and a global approach to wine culture.
But what truly makes this experience unique is the setting.
Studying here means living Chianti.
Breathing it.
Understanding it.
It means learning not just a discipline, but a way of life.
OBJECTIVE
Looking ahead
This project is rooted in the land, but it looks far beyond.
The goal is to educate a new generation of wine professionals: aware, skilled, and capable of navigating a complex and ever-evolving industry.
A place where tradition and innovation coexist.
Where knowledge meets experience.
Where every student becomes part of a greater story.
One vision, one place, one experience
Fattoria Le Bonille and ICEV are not just a company and a school.
They are an ecosystem.
A meeting point between culture, territory, and education.
Between past and future.
Between those who produce wine… and those who want to truly understand it.
