Mamba Nero

The untamed elegance of Chianti

Born among the hills embracing the upper Greve valley, Mamba Nero is the boldest and most contemporary expression of Fattoria Le Bonille’s vision.

A wine that combines deep roots with an innovative spirit, telling a story of courage, intuition, and the pursuit of excellence.

Mamba nero - Description:

Its origin is almost legendary: two demijohns of dark, intense wine with a rebellious character. A wild soul that inspired its evocative and magnetic name. From that first intuition came a challenge: to tame its strength without betraying its essence. The answer takes shape in a refined blend, where Sangiovese meets Teroldego—an unconventional choice for this territory—and Petit Verdot.

A masterful balance that gives the wine roundness, depth, and that velvety softness the French would call souplesse.

After years of research and experimentation, and thanks to the sensitivity of winemaker Daniele Innocenti, the definitive version was born in 2018: separate fermentations, perfect balance, and aging that enhances every nuance.

Bright ruby red with deep violet reflections.

On the nose, elegant floral notes of violet blend with intense aromas of ripe red fruit.

On the palate, it is enveloping and balanced: structured yet smooth, offering a harmonious and satisfying experience.

Appellation: IGT Toscana Rosso

Blend: 70% Sangiovese, 25% Teroldego, 5% Petit Verdot

Alcohol: 13,5%

Origin: Hills of Greve in Chianti, between Montefioralle and Greti

Designed to be enjoyed young, yet capable of evolving for up to 15 years, gaining complexity and depth over time.

Ideal with roasts, game, and rich pasta dishes—perfect for intense convivial moments.
