Ninfea del Lago - Description:
Inspired by the water lily—symbol of elegance and purity that blooms silently in the estate’s lakes—this wine expresses a delicate yet determined beauty, capable of surprising with grace and depth.
It is born from the vineyards of Greti and Montefioralle, where ancient rows of white grapes, once destined for Vin Santo production, now find a new identity. Trebbiano Toscano, Chardonnay, and Malvasia Bianca come together in harmonious balance, creating a white wine of extraordinary aromatic finesse.
The winemaking process, attentive and respectful, involves separate pressings and a short skin maceration in concrete tanks, followed by fermentation in stainless steel. The blend is assembled just before bottling, preserving the fruit’s freshness and purity. Production is intentionally limited to just 1,000 bottles—a small gem waiting to be discovered.
