A story born from the land
There are places that wait. And there are dreams that, sooner or later, ask to be lived.
Our story began this way: among the rows of an ancient vineyard, in a natural amphitheater suspended in time, where the land holds both memory and promise. It is here that we chose to stop, listen, imagine—and create.
We didn’t simply want to make wine.
We wanted to give shape to an idea,
an emotion,
something deeply our own.
And so passion became vision. And vision became reality.
In July 2011, our first wine, Mamba Nero, was born.
Not just a label, but a starting point—the first concrete step in a journey made of intuition, sacrifice, and continuous research.
Then came the time of roots.
In 2018, under a relentless summer sun, we planted our first vines in Montefioralle: Sangiovese and Teroldego.
An act of faith in the land and in the future. At the same time, the 2017 Mamba Nero was bottled and warmly received, marking the beginning of our presence in the world.
Each season added depth, each harvest awareness.
Until 2020, when the vineyard reached full expression and gave life to Ferro Tagliente, our Chianti Classico.
A wine of identity—honest and true—capable of telling who we are.
But for us, wine has never been just a product.
It is encounter.
It is shared time.
It is landscape transformed into experience.
That is why we imagined a place where all of this could truly happen: tasting our wines by the lakeside, while gazing at the village of Montefioralle, as time seems to slow down.
And while the present takes shape, the future continues to call.
Thus was born La Ninfea del Lago, a delicate and luminous white wine—an expression of grapes that once followed different paths and now have found their own voice. And then Lo Scorbutico, arriving in 2025: a pure Tuscan Teroldego, bold and uncompromising, just like the grape from which it is born. A wine that does not ask permission, but asserts itself with character.
With the Olmastrino estate, our horizon expands even further. New vineyards, new varieties, a new winery: a space where tradition and innovation meet to give life also to future Riserva and Gran Selezione wines of our Chianti Classico.
Ma soprattutto, Olmastrino è accoglienza.

E da questa stessa visione nasce anche l’ICEV – Fattoria Le Bonille: un luogo di conoscenza e condivisione, dove studenti da ogni parte del mondo potranno scoprire ciò che si cela dietro un calice di vino. Un progetto che guarda lontano, senza dimenticare le radici.
