Ferro tagliente
The strength of iron, the soul of the land
Ferro Tagliente is a vibrant tribute to the history and identity of Fattoria Le Bonille.
A Chianti Classico rooted in the village of Montefioralle—once known as Monteficalle—where for centuries the sound of forges accompanied the work of the land.
Ferro Tagliente - Description:
Here, amidst vineyards and artisan workshops, a unique tradition took root: that of master blacksmiths, guardians of an ancient and refined craft. Knives, blades and tools, formerly known as "Sharp Irons” crafted with precision and character, intended for nobles and knights throughout Europe.
It is to this heritage that the wine pays tribute, evoking its strength, precision and elegance.
Today, it is the vine that tells the story of the land. Sangiovese, the dominant grape, is joined by Teroldego and Malvasia Nera, creating a wine that perfectly embodies the authentic character of Chianti Classico.
