It all started in 2011, almost by chance. We were looking for a refuge, a place of peace where we could slow down the pace and immerse ourselves in the authentic beauty of Chianti. It was then that an old farmhouse with vineyards and olive groves in Greve found us. In addition to the stone farmhouse, with a total of 7,000 square meters, of which less than half were dedicated to vineyards and the rest to olive trees and forest, we initially thought of focusing solely on olive oil production. However, our curiosity led us to bottle our first wine. It wasn’t perfect – far from it – but in that gesture, a dream was born: to imagine a different future.
From there, a journey began, one filled with passion, dedication, and bold choices. We took care of those completely abandoned rows of vines, and with hard work to break up and level the land, as well as uprooting the diseased olive trees, we brought a new vineyard to life, which we have lovingly tended. Each year, each harvest, has represented a new chapter in this adventure. In 2016, we expanded our horizons with the purchase of the Montefioralle lands. In 2018, we launched our first wine, Mamba Nero. In 2020, we achieved a special milestone: our first Chianti Classico.
2023 marks another important turning point with the acquisition of a new farm near Greve: 20 hectares, 5 of which will be dedicated to vineyards that will start producing in 2026. This new project will allow us to grow, diversify, and tell our story through an even wider range of wines.
To give value to the land, respecting it, and create wines that are an authentic expression of Chianti. Each bottle is the result of dedication, craftsmanship, and a deep connection to the land.
We view the future as an opportunity for evolution, where tradition and innovation meet. With the new Campus in Olmastrino, we envision a place where culture, education, and nature intertwine. Our vision goes beyond wine: we want to create connections, emotions, and memories that last over time.
Montefioralle is the beating heart of our company. Here, the vineyards grow on a unique terroir, where excellent sun exposure, a natural slope that prevents water stagnation, protection from the wind, and an ideal microclimate create the perfect conditions for outstanding viticulture.
Each glass of our wine is a tribute to this generous land, whose thousand-year-old history teaches us the value of patience and dedication.
Our production is based on artisanal care and the utmost attention to detail. We follow every stage, from vineyard to bottle, with the respect that the land deserves and the time it requires. We have joined the Chianti Classico Consortium.
The future is synonymous with growth and innovation. The new winery, which will be built next to the Olmastrino lake, will be the meeting point between tradition and modernity. But we don’t stop here: with the Campus project, we aim to transform the Olmastrino villa into a place of education and inspiration, where international students can have a unique experience immersed in the nature and culture of Chianti.
Behind every harvest and every bottle, there is a story of people. Roberto, who left his career as an accountant to fully dedicate himself to the estates, embodies the essence of our vision: dreams are built with passion, commitment, and the courage to change.
